The San Juan Santamaria International Airport is 15 minutes away with easy access to and off the highway. Heredia, the larger community, is less than 30 minutes distance.

Main Floor

The condo is spacious, filled with light, and always cool. As one enters there is a lovely foyer with a slate stone floor. Off to the side, a large guest suite and full bathroom with plenty of closet and storage space. Down a couple of steps is a discreet laundry room (washer and dryer included in sale of condo).

As one continues through the foyer there are a couple of steps that lead to a brand new, gorgeous kitchen with artisan crafted cabinets and stunning granite counters; the cabinets have easy-to-use pull-out shelves. *Country Club: A membership share to the Cariari Country Club (CCC) is available but not included in this sale. However, you do receive a key to the back entry gate to the golf course and without a membership to the CCC, condo owners are allowed to walk the greens early morning or late afternoons, before/after golfers have played their rounds of golf. CCC membership offers a very large pool, golf, gym, tennis, conference rooms and full catering facilities.

Near By: Walking distance from the townhouse is the Real Cariari Mall, EPA (a large hardware store) and the International School serving grades 1 through 12. Just a short drive is San Antonio de Belen, a small town with all necessary professional services and stores. This condo location provides easy on and off access to/from highway to access Juan Santamaria Int'l Airport or San Jose. A new modern train service operates for commuters from San Antonio de Belen to downtown San Jose and the University of Costa Rica.
