Seeking Us $ 170,000 for 50% Stake in 24 Bed Hotel

We are seeking US $ 170,000 to complete our 24 bed hotel on the beach front in an inhabited island of the Maldives.

The total project cost is around US $ 350,000, and we have completed about 40% of the works and works are ongoing. We the local partners will invest up to 50% of the investment and are seeking the balance investment. Estimated date of completion is late November 2013.

Return on Investment 18.4%, payback 5.4 years on conservative projections. The potential investor can be a passive or active partner, as local partners are well versed in selling Maldivian tourism products.
