I built this house in 2011. It is my dream home. Due to unexpected circumstances I am moving across the country and need to rent/sell my home.

The house is located on a country road with very little traffic. The house sits approximately 600 feet back from the road. There is a small tree line and a custom driveway gate. A portion of the backyard is fenced in because I have two dogs.

The house sits on 5 acres of property. There are custom made garden beds along with four or five fruit trees. There is a large pond on the eastern side of the property.

The two bedrooms, loft, and living room all have ceiling fans. In addition to the wood burning stove there is central air and air conditioning.

The house is approximately six miles south of the Lake Erie shoreline. Tourist spots include Spire Institute in Geneva as well as the Lodge in Geneva. There are many small shops and restaurants. Erie, PA is just half an hour to the East.
