4 X one bedroom apartments, complete with air conditioning, screens and fans in all areas. Separate 40 sq. private courtyards with sun loungers, tables and chairs for your relaxation. Accommodating up to 4 guests, in one queen bedroom suite, with one fold out double bed in living area. Separate access from both areas to bathroom facilities.

2 X Three bedroom apartments – two storeys, two bathroom with decks: sleeps up to 8 guests (two queen beds/two king single beds/one innerspring fold out double bed in living area (downstairs). Living area and outdoor courtyard, pool access all on ground level.

1 x one bedroom apartment with private rear access and courtyard, including office facilities and supply storage, could be owners or managers accommodation, or part of complex.

Coral Sands construction is all concrete floors and reinforced concrete block work with plastered finish, all floors and showers tiled. Ceilings have foil insulation to keep the apartments cool. All interior linings gib-board with paint finish. Roofs are long run corrugated iron, plastic spouting, a mixture of aluminium doors and louvre type windows for easy maintenance. Large water tank with triple filtered water and UV treatment. Fully fenced, with CCTIV for security and privacy.
