Canoa has many hostels and other basic lodging options, but nothing in the area really compares to this property. The hotel was built realizing a need for a higher end lodging option. Reservations are growing by the month and the room rates have been raised 3 times in the last 90 days! We are still too low. The developer investors are ready to move on to other ventures. Canoa Beach Hotel is ready to be taken to the next level.

Location
The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the tourist town of Canoa, a small fishing village that attracts a lot of tourists looking for a good surfing beach as well as a place with great hand-gliding, para-sailing, diving and fishing opportunities. The small town is also lined with beach huts with music, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. As investors we noticed the lack of accommodations that would appeal to anyone not on a back-packers budget.
