Two options for villa usage:
One (Option we currently use), is to have the hotel rent the villa out. All maintenance is paid for including electricity. You can use it 2 months out of the year and generally get paid out $10,000-$20,000/YR.
We have had this villa for 18 years with no issues. You show up to the villa and everything is ready to go as if you were renting it from the hotel. Plus you get discounted services at the hotel and can use everything the hotel has to offer including the all-inclusive feature.


Two. Keep the villa as a private use. Maintenance costs $300 quarterly.
