Our home, "Island Breeze" is designed as open plan living where the island breezes flow through unrestricted from this elevated waterfront position overlooking the reef. An office, which could become another bedroom,opens on to the breezeway running the full 14 metre width of the house.

On the other side of the breeze-way is another bedroom which we call the bunk-room, containing 6 bunks with full ensuite attached. There is a laundry and storeroom and a large garage/workshop with remote controlled roller door.

The property is over half an acre (2462m2)of freehold land with absolute water frontage on one side and the road on the other side. The road leads one way, about 2 km to a traditional Fijian village and leads the other way, 2.5km to Savusavu airport, then continues a further 2.5km. into Savusavu town. We have mains electricity, town water, land-line phone and internet. A 5,000lt rainwater tank provides fresh rainwater for drinking or can provide water to the whole house if needed.

The house was built in 2006 to engineer's specifications so qualifies for hurricane insurance cover. Grounds and building are well maintained and managed by a local handyman. The property will be sold fully furnished except for some items of personal use and value.
