The individual Cabins: The resort offers 4 individual Cabins, consisting of 32 qm2 each (344 sq. ft.), which are harmonically embedded in the tropical beach landscape. They are nicely and individually constructed and decorated in a modern style. All cabins have private bathroom and a terrace with spectacular view to the Sea and palm trees. The Restaurant:
The restaurant is part of the Main house, which is at the top of the property with a spectacular view to the Sea, Bohol and Camagian and the little private cove.

The owner's house is designed in a spacious and wide style with two large terraces It's the highest building on the property and measures 11 meters by 11 meters and has two floors. It is made out of concrete and offers a spectacular view from both terraces. House includes granite counter tops in Kitchen, bathroom and Master Bedroom. House is beautifully furnished and all is included. On the Lower Terrace is the seating area for the Restaurant.
Below the restaurant there is a garden place gazebo as well as seating area close to the shore where guests can relax. Around the Cabins are Palm trees and Rock garden areas with and flowers and all this is illuminated in the night.
2nd Private House
This property was bought recently to enlarge the capacity of this hotel and can be used for the stuff or private visitors. With floor area of 200 qm2, there are 5 rooms, a large wrap around terrace, kitchen, living room dining room, large function room and 2 bathrooms. It is made out of concrete with hardwood floors in one part of the house and tile in the rest. Off the master bedroom the terrace opens a spectacular view to the sea. This house has it’s own 2000 gallon water storage tank as well as a 1000 gallon rain water tank.

Communication:
There is a good mobile connection by Globe or Smart, which provides mobile internet access as well. TV is available via satellite.
Personal Security:
Siquijor itself and the coastline is highly controlled by local police. The local hotels and business don’t have security staff and there is no need to protect property by high walls or electric fences. In the nearby neighborhood are living for years people from Europe and the US.
