It is approximately 2.5 hours from the capital city of Managua. There are restaurants, small local stores, a nearby fishing village and surfing along the beach.

The home was recently constructed in 2012. It is a two story beachfront home with 4 bedrooms. It has a large open concept Kitchen, living room, with a full wall of sliding doors and windows for a pristine ocean view. The Kitchen has new appliances (Gas Range), microwave, granite counter tops.

The 4 bedrooms are large and 3 have A/C installed. 4th bedroom is prepped for A/C installation. The second story consists of 2 master suites, each with their own full bathroom with walk in showers. The two bedrooms one the 1st floor, share a full bathroom with shower and a door to the outside to easily wash down from the beach.

Directly off the Kitchen/Great Room and the two upstairs master bedrooms are large covered patios. Each approximately 350 Square feet. This is a perfect area to relax in one of the 6 hammocks at the property.

The outdoor yard is fully landscaped with tropical plants, many varieties of palm trees and local flowers and hedges. There is an Argentinian BBQ for great outdoor cooking. This is accompanied by the built in Pool and outdoor shower. The yard has grass and many plants.

The rear of the property (non beachfront side) has a large yard with mature trees. There is a well for irrigation and there is city water for household use. Additionally a storage tank and separate pump is installed to ensure consistency of fresh water. A water heater is installed for the convenience of a hot shower. Additionally there is a septic system, pool pumps and a large metal security gate at the main entrance.
