Our first development got 80% sold in less than 10-months, thus, we have estimated than the next 2 will sell in the next 2-years.

Our property is 15-minute (drive) from David, located on Vía Gualaca (2 minutes from the Pan-Amercan Hwy.), has great underground water, access to electricity, cell phone reception, views to the mountains of Gualaca, access to the Chiriquí river, and we estimate that more than 600 units will be sold there during the next 3-years.
