Just 15 minutes from Bocas Town by boat, Villa Perezoso Del Mar offers privacy and tranquility, what eco-tourism is supposed to be. Here there are no cars, no discos, no wave-runners, no boom-boxes, nothing but the sounds of the ocean’s calm waters lapping gently against the shore, the trilling of birds, and the sounds of the jungle.

Our two solar powered villas are uniquely constructed for the environment, with doors on four sides that can be fully opened to the screened, wrap-around deck. Each villa offers stunning ocean views. High elevation and west/northwest winds keep you cool and comfortable in your villa. Each villa has high powered ceiling fans in the living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. There is a fully screened, wrap-around deck with hammocks in each villa.

Each villa is perfect for a couple, but can accommodate up to four persons, with a queen size orthopedic bed in the bedroom and a double futon hideabed in the living room. We use only pure cotton sheets. The villas have large bathrooms, with double sinks.

Each villa has has a full size kitchen with refrigerator, stove, blender, toasters, coffee maker, and dishware/glassware/cookware, plus seating for 4 persons. Family style dinner in our home available on 48 hour advance request (or we can take you to town for dinner at one of Bocas' many good restaurants)

Each villa is stocked with books, you can borrow from our many DVD's. Maid service every other day included, except on Weekends.

Rates include free pickup in Bocas Town on arrival and drop off on departure. For other trips to town, we charge only for gas. We are only 15 minutes from Bocas Town by boat.

We have safe swimming right off our dock or from the beach - no riptides or high waves. There are beautiful coral reefs 150 feet from shore, no boat trip necessary, and we offer free use of snorkels, fins and kayaks. Our partially covered dock with lounge chairs lets you choose to relax in the sun or out of it.

We have approximately 18 acres of pristine jungle with walking trails. There is abundant bird life, including parrots, toucans, oropendula and many other species of tropical birds. The best birdwatching is right from the veranda of your villa. Sloths and other small animals are frequent visitors to the trees near the villas.

We can arrange with local tour operators for multi island day tours for snorkeling, beach combing, dolphin watching; tour operators will pick you up here and bring you back at the end of the day. We can take you to town for a day of scuba diving, or for specialty tours.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: NOVEMBER 15 - JANUARY 6
(1 - 4 people) $800 for the week, plus 10% govt. tax

HIGH SEASON: JANUARY 7 - APRIL 30
(1 - 4 people) $700 for the week, plus 10% govt. tax

GREEN SEASON: MAY 1 - NOVEMBER 14
(1 - 4 people) $600 for the week, plus 10% govt. tax

Please note: We also offer a further 10% discount off all rates if your party books both villas at the same time. If you are considering an extended stay in excess of 3 weeks, we will negotiate a special rate for you.
