My name is Renee, I have an apartment in Shanghai JinAn Shi, very close to Huai Hai Road, Nan Jing Road. My parents take care of my apartment right now. There was a single lady just left at the end of November so I have the room availble right now. The buliding is call Lan Chao Bu Luo, located on Wan Hang Du Lu on the 19th floor. Total tall I think is 32. Face to the south so it is very bright and warm.

There is another hotel right beside my apartment so they have an atrium contect between 2 bulidings. I have 1 bed room 1 in door prouch and a living room space(all together) also have a kitchen and a bath room. There are TV, microwave, hot water heater, refrigeator, cable, telephone, bed, clothes closet, high speed internet(apply) if you need. The buliding provide coin laundry.

There are also bank hospital, big shopping center, school, nearby. Very close to the Huai Hai Road, Nan Jing Road, Xi Zhang Nan Road. I prefer the long term rent at least for 1 year.
