Between the living and sleeping areas resides the main stair case, stepping up will take you to the open air roof top, fully tiled and ideal for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day while listening to the Atlantic ocean waves crashing nearby.

Stepping down will lead you to the bedroom area.

The master bedroom suite covers the upper portion of the bedroom wing. It is surrounded by two sizable balconies overlooking the green hills of Cap; it has a walk-in dressing area containing his and her closets and large organizer drawers.

The cottage is separated from the main house by an enclosed car port.
It is a large open concept room with a bathroom, built in closet and a practical, open kitchenette.

The front drive way is centered between the main house and cottage and would comfortably park 6 cars; this is in addition to the two enclosed car garages.
