Sheltered from the sun, downstairs is made of concrete and screened for ventilation. It has lauver windows on 3 sides to ensure that it is sheltered from rain with windows open.
Compare to other developments, the HAPPYhouse is very accessible. You don't need a car to go to the HAPPYhouse. Just take a TAXI-BUS from town and tell him to drop you off at TARPON COVE ESTATE, mile 89 - 90. It costs you $1 US. To get to town, all you have to do is to wave a TAXI-BUS down.
