Lovely 2 Bedroom Condo in Nice Area of Panama City
The condo is located in the San Francisco district, on Calle 69. This is a nice, primarily residential middle class neighborhood. There are several small restaurants within a few blocks (including a really delicious Italian restaurant a block away.) We are two blocks away from a lovely park with a 3.5 km jogging trail and swimming pool. It's 5-15 minutes by taxi (depending on traffic) from the primary banking and business center of town. We're within 3 short blocks of a supermarket, bakeries, liquor stores, restaurants, pharmacy, veterinarian/pet supply store, a preschool, and other small shops. Panama's premier computer supply store (MultiMax) is only 5 blocks away, as is the newly opened Mac Store. There are several small upscale furniture stores in the area. There are several banks within a half mile. We are a few blocks away from a major business artery, Calle 50.
The condo is beautifully furnished with rattan and natural woods, and lots of artisania. It is on the 6th floor and there is a stunning view of the city.
The condo can sleep up to 4 people (queen bed in master bedroom, double sofabed in 2nd bedroom/den.) Sorry, we cannot accommodate more than 4 people (unless the fifth person is an infant who will sleep in your portable crib.)
We can refer you to airport transportation/taxi and tour services.
We will accept pets who are spayed or neutered, housebroken, and well behaved. If you bring a dog, it must be constantly supervised. We even have a litter box and litter available for your kitty (which you must scoop and empty before leaving...).
Amenities include:
* High end US style queen size bed (Simmons Back care supreme) in master bedroom, double sofabed in 2nd bedroom/den
* 2 1/2 baths
* 25" TV, DVD player, CD/AM/FM player, with cable TV, includes HBO, Cinemax
* Computer, printer, with cable internet broadband and telephone (you must use a calling card for cellular or long distance calls)
* Fully equipped kitchen (stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dish and flatware service for 4, cooking pots, etc.
* AC in living room and both bedrooms (but you will rarely need it in the living room and master bedroom, because there are lots of windows and the condo receives great breezes), ceiling fans in living room, kitchen and bedrooms
* Nice big fluffy towels in the bathroom, and a hair dryer. (There is also a beauty salon downstairs!)
* Underground parking (in case you decide to rent a car or friends come to visit), we have one reserved space and we don't have a car there
* Daily maid service (except on Sunday) for short bookings (less than one week), maid service every other day if you are staying for a week, or every three days for bookings of 2 weeks or longer
* US-style washer and dryer with free detergent available so you can do your personal laundry
* Free coffee and coffee fixings
RATES:
REGULAR ("RACK") RATE: $90 per night.
EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNT RATES:
$525 per week
$450 per week if you stay 2-3 weeks,
$350 per week/$1,400 per month if you stay one month or longer
A deposit equal to the first two nights is required at the time of booking (more if you are reserving for more than one week), and the balance is due 30 days before your arrival. Deposits are not refundable unless we are able to re book your dates (or unless the condo is damaged or otherwise unavailable, in which case a full refund will be made.) Deposits can be handled via ACH (wire transfer) or via local (Panama) check.
