It is located approximately 45 minutes’ drive from Busuanga airport and the road is currently being upgraded to concrete and is planned to be completed by 2018 when the journey time will be approximately 30 minutes. There are currently about 16 flights a day from Manila, Cebu, Clark, Puerto Princesa and Boracay.
The North East coast of Busuanga is currently undeveloped and guests enjoy the rare unspoiled natural beauty with deserted islands close by and world class scuba diving opportunities. In addition to diving, the resort offers island hopping excursions to deserted island, trips to Calauit Safari Park, Coron Island Tours, kayaking, etc. as well as hiking over the hills to explore disused mines.
The resort is currently a family run business and enjoys a very high occupancy rate and an excellent reputation both locally and internationally where it receives many excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and other review sites. The guest base is mostly European and the room rates are competitively priced varying from US$75 to US$125 per night.
There is plenty of room for expansion, both on the land and in the sea where the current owners have a foreshore lease of about 2.1 ha. Areas have been set aside for the construction of several owners houses.
The business and land is owned by a Philippine Corporation which will be sold as an operating business, complete with all inventories, boats and will include the web-site, e-mail addresses, on-line booking system, etc. The current owners can provide help and support during the change-over period.
