Tile floors, ceiling fans throughout and excellent ventilation make for comfortable island living. The master suite can hold a queen or king size bed, it has a walk-in closet and it offers a separate space for a den/office and has a bathroom with an oversized shower and tub. The main floor of the house is a small kitchen, office area, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The top floor of the house has potential for future development of another bedroom/bathroom.

A reef begins 10' from the front dock and there is plenty for snorkelers to see by the deep-water dock and along the mangroves. There is plenty of storage area in the bodega and workshop for other toys, like surfboards, SUP's and Kayaks.
