Situated in the hills overlooking Lucca and the plain, this magnificent estate, dating back to the 13th century, has a large farmhouse which has been renovated to provide four comfortable self-contained apartments. The estate is located in a very quiet and sunny position well away from the hustle and bustle of city life but, at the same time, it is within easy reach of Lucca. The property extends for about 30 hectares and has a small, unrenovated antique villa and other buildings such as stables, houses and an ancient olive press. Each apartment has it's own small private area of the natural gardens with table, chairs and deck chairs for outdoor living and relaxing. There is ample parking space in front of the villa.

Apartment 2: Entrance, Stairs to large airy lounge with fireplace double bed settee and lounge and dining room furniture, small kitchen with oven, fridge and washing machine; twin bedded bedroom; study with double bed settee and fully fitted bathroom. Sleeps 5-6

Apartment 3: Entrance into lounge with settee and dining furniture, fitted kitchen with eating space, twin bedded bedroom, smaller bedroom with 2 beds and fully fitted bathroom. Sleeps 4

Apartment 4: Ground floor: small entrance hall, lounge with double bed settee and cooking annexe, twin bedded bedroom and bathroom, understair cupboard with washing machine. First floor: large double bedroom. Sleeps 6
