Golf course and a hotel complex are to be built nearby in Prazeres, a 4 star hotel totalling 27.800sqm will be built in Faja da Ovelha but still out of sight from the villa location as it will be built on the other side of the mountains.

Madeira described with expressive attributes such as “flower island” and “island of eternal spring” two thirds consists of protected areas with unique and versatile landscapes and nature, abundant with exotic and tropical flowers / fruits due to a mild climate even in midwinter.

VILLA:

It is south facing with excellent exposure to the sunshine offering total seclusion, tranquility and relaxation, it also enjoys spectacular panoramic views of a lighthouse, countryside, coastline, sea and incredible sunset views. To the North of the villa one can see the local church, the road leading to the property is a secondary road and cames to a dead end (viewing point) 200 metres past the entrance.

The Villa and gardens are set in a total area of 1933sqm. It was built in 1996 and is split in two levels, the upper floor was fully renovated in 2004 in a modern style with rustic features tastefully furnished to a high standard, attention to detail is evident throughout.
