It sits in front of the Jaltepeque estuary (bayside). Across the street from the Tesoro Beach Hotel´s grounds.

Children of all ages truly enjoy this house: some will fish from the dock, others will take the boat (or Wave runner) for a ride or to go get a real seafood lunch, others will monopolise the hammocks or play in the garden while the rest will just enjoy great sunshine by the pool.

The house can be used as a permanent residence as it has every available convenience and commuting is entirely practical.

There is a beautiful large lawn area with coconuts, other trees and flowers. Enough space left to play whatever sport you may like.

The area is already well developed but not crowded at all. Rental prices depend on season - but high season is only Easter, first week of August and Mid December to Mid January
