It’s warm and inviting and feels like a home you’ve been invited to visit. Gorgeous colors and furnishings, a magnificent ocean, white sand beach, privacy and a fabulous swimming pool. What more could you want in a luxury villa?

Casa San Francisco is located on the ocean in South Akumal Bay with other luxury villas as neighbors. Restaurants and shopping are available just two miles away in Akumal. The snorkeling and swimming is fabulous and the tranquility is beyond compare.

The villa has three large beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and also a two story guesthouse with another bedroom and two baths. The guesthouse is air-conditioned, but the main villa always has a fabulous ocean breeze so air conditioning is not needed. There are high ceilings and ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool and totally refreshed ……not to mention the swimming pool for a cool relaxing dip!

The villa also has a studio/TV room with a futon, a beautiful living room, two stupendous domed brick ceilings, incredible hand painted Talaverra tile in all of the bathrooms, a charming dining room, fully equipped kitchen and an observatory on the roof to enjoy sunrise, sunset or gazing at the stars. There are many balconies, terraces, a fountain, flowers blooming and palm trees swaying…. all of which give it a truly Spanish “hacienda on the ocean” feeling.
