Penthouse is over 1000 square feet and can accomodate up to 30 guests for cocktails. Terrace faces Atlantic ocean and the views are breath-taking.

No pets of any kind or any size.
No smoking except on the 3rd floor balcony or on the penthouse terrace. Cigarette burns are defacing and expensive to repair.

A $250 security deposit is required to secure a reservation for the condo.
