Condominium POLICY
Please be informed that bond money deposited upon arrival will be forfeited based on the ff. grounds:

a) damages done on any electrical appliances
b) damages done on any painted walls
c) stains done on any furniture and walls
d) visitor/s who is/are not declared as a family member staying with you are not allowed to sleep overnight (per house rules & regulations) otherwise, a charge will be asked.

LONG TERM LEASE: MONTHLY RENT (minimum 1 month rent 31 days)
$1300.00 AUD ($1100.00 USD) for a month Inclusive of all bills

*In some cases, your friends and/or relatives might want to request to visit or inspect the premises before you finalized reservation. This is permissible, but we regret to inform that we will no longer entertain your representative(s)in this matter. However, we encourage you to advise them to visit/inspect the said LOCATION/s themselves directly. This is to avoid waste of time and effort on our part.

*We also request that you book at least 3 weeks ahead so we can prepare for your stay.

*Our business policy in terms of payment is %50 deposit to hold your chosen dates at the TIME of booking which is non-refundable should a last minute cancellation is made.

*FULL payment must be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
*All facilities are accessible and requests can be arranged.
*Please note that rates are inclusive of bills.
*Daily housekeeping service is available upon request.
