It is a semi-detached house and has three floors. Both parts of the house are owned by brother and sister. Sister is selling bigger part and I am helping her sell that. Price 56,000 EUR is price for the sister's part of the house and sister's part of the vineyard. You can buy whole house and whole vineyard. More about buying the other part see down below.

Let me continue describing sister's part of the house and vineyard:
In the first floor of the semi-detached house, for sale by sister is a big garage, a big wine cellar and a kitchen plus dining room. First and second floor are connected with stairs outside.

In the second floor is big terrace, opened to west and north, what is ideal in Slovenian summer. When you enter the house you come in the hallway, on your left is small toilet with wash-hand basin, next on your left is bathroom, straight you enter to a small kitchen with dining table and on your right is entrance to a big living room with old traditional Slovenian stove, which heats whole floor and can be used also as oven (you can make pizza, bread, chicken, …). From the living room you have exit to a balcony, turned to the west and to the property. From the hall you have connection to the third floor.

In the third floor outside is big terrace and under the roof is attic, very big (6 x 9 meters) and could be turned in three rooms. It is not done (see pictures) but could be turned in a very nice living space.

Property is approx. 4800 square meters big, it contains approx 1,200 white and red vines what gives out every year up to 4,000 liters of wine, 100 apple trees, 15 peach trees, 15 pear trees, 3 cherry trees, 2 nut trees.

All furniture, wine making equipment and other small things are included in the sell.

House has ceptic tank, water (mains), electricity and paying 100 EUR you can get a phone line with internet access. To the closest village, where you have shop, post office, bars, bus stop and train station you have 3 km.

OPPORTUNITY TO BUY WHOLE HOUSE:
Owner (brother) of the other part of this semi-detached house is also selling his part, but there are just walls (rooms are empty) and vineyard. it is STILL a good opportunity for the future to buy it now and do rooms after. It is easy to connect both parts of the house. Right now I do not have pictures of the brother's part of the house, but I have been in.

QUESTIONS FROM AND ANSWERS TO PEOPLE INTERESTED:
Are there any bedrooms? No bedrooms, but possibility to make a lot of bedrooms. Depands how big each.
Any heating system other than the wood stove? No heating sistem, except big wood stove in a living room.
What is capacity of electrical service? You have 240V electricity.
Is it 3km to Sevnica or what village? It is 3 km from BLANCA village and 10 km from Slovenia or from Krsko.
Is it a paved road to the house? Is the road steep (going up big hills? It is paved road and not steep.
What is the elevation? the property is approx 280 meters and Sevnica is approx 180 meters above the see level.
Is there a way to freeze proof the house for the winter while we are in the United States? Can we drain the water pipes? Yes, you just drain water pipes (it takes a minute). And then no damage can be done to the house.
Is it safe to leave the house for extended periods of time? Do the houses close by live there full time? No problems to leave the house. The house is allmost all the time empty, as the owners live 15 km away and just come to maintain vineyard and to have parties sometime. You have neighbours who live around in a circle of 200 meters.
