While at the villa you will be pampered by dedicated long term staff. The full time housekeeper, Nelsida, will cook and serve your meals, snacks and drinks and then whisk away the dirty dishes. She will keep the villa tidy and tend to your laundry. All you do is RELAX. When there are 5 or more guests, a second full time maid is provided to ensure all guests enjoy a truly carefree vacation. Many females cry when it is time to leave because they cannot take Nelsida home with them
Julio, the full time houseman, keeps our gardens, spacious pool, and family-style home in pristine condition. He owns a large van to provide airport meeting service for our guests and can be hired to run errands during your vacation such as going food shopping.
And "just in case" we have a full time manager available 24 hours a day to address your needs. If you need anything, the staff is there to help.
A local tour operator provides advice and booking services for a wide variety of tours and activities: everything from horseback riding to jeep safaris, catamaran trips, scuba diving, white water rafting, deep sea fishing, swimming with dolphins, go kart racing, spa services, golf tennis, and MUCH MORE.

Villa Vista Del Mar has been thoroughly enjoyed as a family home since 1982. The long term staff has become a 2nd family. Numerous updates & additions and a meticulous mother/daughter team ensure all property & furnishings are maintained at high standards. And always with comfort in mind. The spacious outdoor terraces, pool, patio, indoor LR/DR and card room can accommodate large groups. Expect to find the usual family "stuff": multiple TV's with DVD player, stereo with CD's, and a selection of movies, games, cards, and picture puzzles. Of course all linens, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. You need only to bring your passport, clothes, toiletries and sun lotion.
All bedrooms are on the second floor and have individual air conditioner units. Two ocean view MBR suites and a 3rd ocean view BR have balcony or terrace access. A large dormitory sleeps 6 with two bunk beds and two twin beds. And a cozy mountain view BR has 2 twins. The villa comfortably sleeps 15 with quality orthopedic mattresses. There are also 2 full size cribs and a folding cot. Everyone can enjoy a good night's rest.
Playa Cofresi is ideally located for all types of vacationers... Stay in our lovely cove and enjoy the local amenities, or use it as a base to explore the many interesting sights along the North Coast. Either way, you are bound to have fun.
You'll find the Dominicans are well-deserving of their reputation for friendliness and hospitality; they go out of their way to make you feel welcome in their country. Maximum occupancy is 15 people.
50% of total the rental is required to secure reservation, balance is due one month prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If the villa is re-rented for the dates originally booked, payments will be refunded.
Trip cancellation/interuption insurance is recommended.
Check In time is 3PM, Check Out is 12 Noon (flexible if no other guests are departing or arriving)
