SANILLES is a Mountain Thermal Spa resort. It will be restored and expanded. Healthy * Living, Energy Conservation, and Ecological Awareness are key issues in this project. The Cerdanya valley is located just 2 hours from Barcelona and on the doorstep of Andorra and the French border.

SANILLES has an ideal setting with a pleasant Mediterranean climate at 1100 meters, 300 days of sunshine a year, skiing in winter, and never too hot in summer.

PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS MAGNIFICENT PROPERTY. It comprises 35 acres of mostly wooded parkland bordering a mountain river, and has thermal springs and a bore-hole yielding 12,000 litres/hour of "minero-medicinal" thermal water at 34C or 94F.

Already operational is a large solar installation with 66 panels with huge hot water storage tanks for under-floor heating and hot water supply.

The neo-Georgian main building was a hotel of 2500 square metres with 39 bedrooms. Other buildings close-by total some further 3000 square metres. Some parts of the complex have already been rebuilt.

We are selecting participants for the development of this magnificent property to convert the buildings to a modern Hotel and Apartments and to builD a Thermal Spa Centre with conference and training facilities.

The Management of the spa, the restaurant and even the hotel will be concessioned to specialists, thus the "Community of Owners" will not need these specialist management skills. We have a fully qualified and an experienced thermal spa medical director keen to manage that department.

APARTMENTS will be sold to participators who may live permanently at Sanilles or may come for a few months or weeks in the year, letting out their private living space to generate income when they are not there. Such sales of apartments will help pay for the modernisation investment.
