Beach House For Rent in Playa Carrillo, Guanacaste Costa Rica Beautiful Home In Lush Tropical Setting Rent It For: $2,000 - $3,600 USD per week The house has an area of 350 sq. meters on a lot of 1000 sq. meters, located at 600 meters from the beach. There are four bedrooms each with a terraza-balcony and full bathroom, air conditioned; TV room, maid’s quarters with bath, laundry room, kitchen, dining area, living room, bar, terraza, pool, barbeque area, cabana rooms near the pool, two car garage, lateral access to parking area for boat and/or other vehicles adjacent to the pool and BBQ area.
The property is enclosed by walls.
The house is built on four levels and there is an area where an elevator could be installed. The building is antisysmic, with concrete and steel, the walls are brick and concrete blocks, the roof is of asphalt fiberglass shingle. The ceilings are hand-crafted in redwood and bitter cedar planks with “guapinol” beams, fine wood floors on the bedroom levels and handcrafted parquet in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are of imported ceramic tiles and the cabinets are tile and cedar. The closets have a built in desk and are all cedar. The kitchen cabinets are solid bitter cedar and the surfaces of the kitchen cabinets are of imported tiles. The hand railings on the stairs and balconies are stainless steel.
The house was designed by the well known architect, Alberto Linner and the design is modern with brick columns from floor to ceiling in the garage and vestibule to promote air circulation. Lots of open space creates the sensation of freedom, while the vaulted ceiling in the living room and dining area are an important addition to the décor. This area which faces the pool is enclosed by glass walls to emphasize the sensation of being one with the outdoors.
The access to Playa Carrillo is by a paved road, transitable year round. The white sand beach is 3 kilometers long and lined with palm trees. There's an airport and a natural port for large yachts.
Playa Carrillo is a white sand beach, bordered by palm trees and coconut palms, bathed by lazy waves, giving that delicious sensation of being a tropical paradise. Playa Carrillo has the advantage that along the beach there are no hotels or commercial developments, contributing to the image of exotic and unexplored coastline.
Little by little, the village has received new residents, who have tried to maintain the tranquil atmosphere and the constructions that have been built are mostly luxurious residences, making Playa Carrillo an ideal place to relax.
