This 3000 square foot ultra luxurious Penthouse Duplex is located in the West Barrio of Santa Teresita, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Cali, on Avenida Primera, in front of the Rio Cali just a five minute walk up the river from the Intercontinental Hotel. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, ATM and restaurant right next door plus numerous fine restaurants, bakerys, shops, bars, clubs, and gymnasium all at your finger tips either a 1-2 minute walk or a quick 2-5 minute cab ride.

I designed the Penthouse with the idea of it being like a Hacienda in the Sky, hence the name “HACIENDA VISTA HERMOSA”. It is located on the 20th & 21st Floor of a nice building with a swimming pool and 24 hour armed security. When you enter off the elevator and through the front door you are immediately met with an explosion of color and elegance framed with rustic wood beams on the ceiling and wood trim throughout the 24 inch marble floors.

The first level or downstairs consists of a living or entertainment area with a large, custom made, sectional couch, a 37 inch wall mounted, flat panel TV with STEREO/DVD/CD/VCR, a full granite bar with sink and mini refrigerator and a Pool Table. Next you walk out the sliding French doors to the large 600 square foot terrace with some of the most incredible views in all of Cali. The terrace has a large custom built Jacuzzi/Hot tub large enough for 6-8 people, a private sauna, a Sapo game and outdoor speakers. There is also a second staircase that leads from the outside terrace up to the second level balcony of the Penthouse. Back inside there is a ½ social bathroom, a guest or sitting room with a couch, a wall mounted 20 inch flat panel TV and a full bath., The kitchen is a modern and large, open American style kitchen that is fully equipped with every possible item needed. It even has a flat panel TV/DVD/CD/STEREO. There is a formal dining room for 10, and a complete laundry room with washer and dryer.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two full baths, an office and of coarse the HOME THEATRE.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 26 inch flat panel television, STEREO/DVD/CD/VCR, a safe in the large walk in closet, a large master bathroom and the master shower also has a full Steam or Turco. The master bedroom also has its own air conditioner.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 20 inch flat panel TV and full bath.

The office has a built in desk with cabinets, executive chair, a 20 inch flat panel Monitor/TV, a daybed/couch and a large balcony. Both bedrooms and the office have blackout curtains to keep the sun out and let you sleep late.

The Home Theatre has a large custom made sectional couch, a 60 inch Sony Wega Television and an incredible Yamaha Surround Sound Home Theatre system that rocks the whole building. It has quickly become one of the favorite places in the apartment!

The whole Penthouse has been beautifully and tastefully decorated by Cali’s best interior designer, Esperanza Chavez with every luxury imaginable.
