This grond floor of 150 mq is part of a beautiful Villa, in Roman style, provided with every comfort, ideal for a spring/summer vacation and also for fall/winter time. The yard of 900 mq presents a beautiful Mosaic swimming pool, surrounded by tropical landscaping (palm trees and other international species). Close to the pool there is an outside bathroom elegantly decorated with peperino stones, including a shower, WC and sink. At the poolside there is also a new-built gazebo and BBQ area with sink & fridge to make the sun bathing time more enjoyable. The Villa is situated on a hill called Monte Cagnoletto and represents one of the best neighborhoods of the area of Genzano di Roma. The house's interiors include very nice furniture and is decorated with care. Tuscan Cotto floors throughout the house and Wood/Parquet floors in bedrooms. Venetian walls. 2 bathrooms in Gianni Versace tile, marble countertops, 1 with Jacuzzi Tub, 1 with shower. Each bathroom has a W.C. (toilet) and bidet. Kitchen is American Style, opened with travertino bar and stool chairs for a quick and comfortable breakfast. Fridgerator w/ 2 doors provides also water and ice. For the winter we offer heating throughout the house, or you can choose to use the original and unique fireplace made in typical Roman stones. There is also a separate room, detached from the rental, where you can enjoy a tanning service in a tanning bed, for an additional charge. Extra charges are requested also for daily maid service. Ariccia is famous for the Porchetta, Frascati for the Wine, Nemi for the small strawberries, Lanuvio for the bread, Genzano for the Infiorata..You can't beat a better place for food & wine.
