There is a new 12,000 BTU A/C unit in the living room and a 5,000 BTU A/C unit in the main bedroom, but with the cool ocean breeze off the ocean and the new fans recently installed, that's usually all you need. A loveseat, chairs, coffee table, a new 32" flat screen TV mounted on the wall with remote and DVD player and a custom built 12 foot mahogany bar perfect for entertaining, completes the living room. And, of course, you will be spending a great deal of time relaxing on the spacious veranda watching the fish jump and enoying the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

The condo is located on a private road and is less thatn two miles from town where you can enjoy the local resturants, shops and night life.

You will enjoy the second largest Barrier Reef in the World where you can snorkel, scuba or just observe the most amazing aquatic life imaginable, including Sea Turtles, Manta Rays and Manatees. For those passionate about Bone Fishing or just catch and release, this is the hottest spot on the Island - you can cast out a few feet from your front door and dinner is served, guaranteed fresh!

We had been wanting to travel to Belize for quite some time as you know, and after viewing your ad online we knew we had to go and experience this amazing place!

When we first landed on Ambergris Caye...we were sooo excited! We have spent some time in Mexico in past years, so we knew that we would be dealing with a similar social economic scenario. What was so surprising though...e friedliness of the Belizean People there!! We were greeted with smiles and conversation by the locals, assisted by your fabulous neighbor in arranging our golf cart rental and then we were gracioiusly driven out to the peninsula to the condo surrounded by the Carribean Ocean!!
Wow! We absolutely LOVED the fact that we were so private! We were so happy to be able to literally walk out of the condo door and go fishing anytime!!
We enjoyed the seclusion, and the adventures of exploring the island on the golf cart were fantastic! I was able to really get to know some of the locals and the photography opportunities were priceless! We were able to really relax and enjoy our time together without having to be right in the middle of a busy tourist town. The best part of all of it though..e absolute beautiful surroundings on the Lagoon. The water views are breathtaking, the sunsets every evening were on Fire!! We fell in love with Belize!

We had such a wonderful 30-day stay in your condominium, that we are seriously considering purchasing a retirement spot in Belize and will return soon to your place in paradise!
