A mini store catering to guest & owners only is also located on the property. Jet skies, banana boat and parasailing are all available to guest on the private beach.     Transportation:

    Transportation to the condos can be arranged once you arrive at the airport. There are shuttle busses, van services & taxis that can be hired for a small fee to transport you to the condos. The van shuttle services charge approximately $8 - $12 USD (negotiable) per person and will transport your luggage. Automobiles can also be rented at the airport from several car rental agencies. I do not recommend renting a car unless you are familiar with the city and plan to travel outside of the Cancun area. Most tourist travel around Cancun by bus or taxi. The public transportation system in Cancun is very safe and efficient. Busses pass by every five minutes and only cost about $0.60 USD. At the end of your trip the staff at Bellamar can arrange transportation back to the airport upon request.



    Activities:

    Cancun is full of activities for the entire family no matter of age. The condos offer a private beach for relaxing and swimming. Nearby you have night clubs, shops, bars, restaurants, jet skies, banana boat, parasailing, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, kayaking, motor boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, off road driving, water parks, adventure parks, zoos & some of the world’s most beautiful natural parks. Take the ferry across the bay to one of the many islands located off of Cancun’s coast. Explore the Mayan Ruins and their civilization. Snorkel in one of the worlds largest and most beautiful coral reefs. Be cautious when purchasing tour tickets or packages from vendors on the street or inside the airport. They always have the highest rates. If you want to save money when you book your tours I recommend using Charly. He owns a tour agency in Cancun and has been in business for over thirty years.     Security:

    The condos have around the clock 24 hour security staff located on the grounds. The condo complex is located in a very nice part of Cancun. The property is private and only guest and residence are allowed on the premises. The staff is very friendly and will help you with any questions. The condo complex is located next to the 5-star hotel Grand Coastal Real. Most people in the area are American, Canadian and European tourist.



    Maid Service:

    The condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival only. Maid services are available on a daily basis at an additional charge of $12 USD per service. Request this service upon making your reservations and arrangements will be made. If rented on a monthly basis maid services will be provided once a week at no additional charge.



    Communications:

    A cell phone will be provided for your use. In order to activate the phone you must purchase special mexican calling cards and punch the code into the phone. The phone cards can be purchased inside of the mini store located on the premises. Local and long distance calls can be made from the phone and your friends and family from abroad can also contact you on it. The phone must be returned upon check-out. There are no internet hook-up's inside of the condo. Internet cafes are located throughout town and for a small fee internet service can be used.

    Rates:

    +High Season…………….. $150 USD per night.
    +Low Season………………$125 USD per night.
    +Monthly rates…………… . $1,800 USD + electricity bill.

    +Hold Reservations………..$200 USD, Must be paid in advance to hold reservations.
    +Security Deposit………….$300 USD, Paid upon check-in and refunded upon check-out.



    The reservations payment of $200 USD is to reserve the dates that you request. The amount will be credited towards the balance. This payment may be made by personnel check, money order or by Paypal. The security deposit of $300 USD is paid upon check-in and is refunded upon check-out as long as the condo is not damaged. The balance for the condo rental must be paid upon check-in unless paid in advance.
