Inside the natural Tuscanian Valdera's park (valderaDOTorg) in a very peaceful old borough, a completely renovated (inside and outside) apartment is for sale. The town is on top of a hill and is surrounded with woods, fields and olive trees. On each room'ceilings there are original wood-beams at view all treated with natural colors (no nitro colours) and under the roof-tiles a layer of cork has been layed to keep thermal isolation.

Located near San Gimignano (30' distance), Siena (45') and Volterra (15'). You can see Volterra through the dining-room windows, the Tirrenian sea in 45' far. In 2006 Tuscany has won the most "blue flags" for cleanliness of the sea and beaches of Italy.

In the dining-room a last generation wood fire-place has been installed last year. It heats up three rooms. Super safe natural gas heating system is set on each bedroom. Electrical plant has been completely redone; it completely fits the Italian legal normatives with life-savers etc.

A perfect place to relax on spring & summer times and a wonderful place to live for the whole year (the snow falls just 3 or 4 days during the year and sometimes not even that). The apartment will be free by beginning of 2007 and will be left partially furnished with wood furniture (oak). We could also leave the whole furnitures if we'll find an agreement.
