You'll find a small kitchen off of the living-dining area, which faces the street, and there's a full bathroom off of the bedroom.

This ground floor apartment comes fully furnished with linens, air conditioning, ceiling fans, television, and telephone. The kitchen includes a full stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee-maker to help you enjoy your stay in New Orleans. We try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on bookings. Cancellations and Refunds

Reservation deposits are usually refundable (less a $10 administrative charge) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund of reservation deposits if trip is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposits

Reservations require a deposit of 20% of the expected total to be charged to a Visa or Mastercard. To hold the reservation the total must be charged and the receipt signed within 48 hours of making reservation. The remainder is usually due at check-in, with exceptions for major events and groups, which require advance payment in full. For major events, full payment is required and non-refundable in advance.
