Constructed in 1790, this Hacienda was originally a colonial textile workshop, employing over 1000 weavers and spinners. Many of the Hacienda fabrics were exported to the United States in the late 1800's where they first received international recognition. To this day, the Hacienda retains the character and authenticity of its earlier times, making for a unique tourist experience.
