1.2 The ground floor is compose of 6 differently built and compartmented shops;
1.3 First floor office-space, including an open-space hall of nearly 167 m2 with an opening of over 26 m;
1.4 Second & third floor residence area, a total of 6 apartments;
1.5 Attic, partially built-up area, with the possibility to erect a two-floor, light & modern upper floor space.
2. A number of interconnected industrial-structured buildings, partially also connected to (1) above, totaling well over 2,500 m2.
