SUGGESTIONS FOR USE

1. The Houses could be sold on long term (for example, 999-year) leases to individuals (or companies) who prefer to have access to their Houses throughout the year for their own use or to rent out. For a purchaser of a House, who has no legal reprentative in Trinidad and Tobago, we can recommend a lawyer in Tobago who has full knowledge of the Land we are offering for sale and can prepare the leases, etc.

2. The whole development is also suitable for operation as a Hotel or Timeshare/Fractional Ownership Business. At the moment there is only one small timeshare development on Tobago at Crown Point near the Airport, but we understand that there is a strong demand for more accommodation of that type on the island.

CURRENT OWNERSHIP OF THE LAND

The land is owned by an English Limited Company. The simplest method of transfer of ownership is by means of transferring the shares in the English company to the purchaser, which can be arranged by the Seller's Accountants in England. The cost of transfer by this method is less than one percent of the purchase price.
