Cuxlin Ha Village is a retirement/vacation community near Punta Gorda. We offer studios, one bedroom condo style units, or 2 bedroom detached riverfront homes, priced from $50 to $150 US per night, 7th night free. All units have cooking facilities, potable running water and air conditioning.

Only eight miles from the airport, and town, Cuxlin Ha is a part of a native village full of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. We're in the heart of Eco-tourism country, close to ruins, caves, waterfalls, and jungle walks. The fishing and diving are unbelievable. You can fish the reef, or flyfish the flats, or go to blue water for marlin, sailfish, wahoo and dorado. The reef has wonderful, undisturbed coral, teeming with hundreds of different fish species, for both the snorkler and scuba diver.

The nightlife is minimal, but peace and quiet abound. We also own a private caye that we call Reef World, located in the middle of the second largest barrier reef in the world, which can be a part of your adventure, relaxing in a hammock, underneath the coconut palms, collecting conch shells, or watching the hermit crabs sidling by.
