The project

The new development will be of grand scale and have world-class first world amenities and infrastructure. The planned community of just over one thousand acres (400 hectares) has 2 km of beautiful beach fronting the Pacific Ocean and surrounded by a coastline uninterrupted for at least 10 km in each direction.

Also, the beach front extends back from the ocean around 600 feet (180 mts) and then gently climbs a slope back and upward another 500 feet (150 mts) rising to a plain of 80 feet (25 mts) above sea level with beautiful ocean views to the north and south for as far and wide as the eye can see.

On this property, plans will be made to have a championship 18 hole golf course anchored by a major hotel chain.
