We have done a lot of investigation into buying an overseas vacation – retirement home, but we have not found anything we really like in our budget. We (you and my engineers) will be “the developer” not a buyer of someone else's development. Engineering and Construction has been our profession for many years, so we know how to put this together and make it work.
We still have factors we must investigate to ensure that we are getting what we are being told, so we are not putting together the financial package, or accepting any funds, until we have everything checked out and the necessary legal work in place. But we must first determine how many people are interested in working with us to make this a reality.
