This unique island property is located at the mouth of the French River on Beautiful Lake Nipissing.

The traditional boundry between Northern and Southern Ontario provides the setting for the best fishing in the area. Ideally located to establish a up-scale resort very little needs to be done to restore this property to it's historic glory. A state of the art septic system was installed in 2002 ensuring that this property will comply with all enviromental standards for years to come.

Fully equiped with generators the property is self sufficient with it's own power, a generous supply of crystal clear drinking water and large docking facilities.

Currently licensed under LLBO the lodge can accomodate up to 140 for dinner or meetings. The property consist of seven fully contained cabins as well as 11 rooms in the main lodge.

The cabins and lodge are fully furnished and come with 10 16 to 18 foot boats and motors as well as a 23' GREW I/O 28' Crestliner (10 foot beam)I/O and a large 33' steel boat to handle all of the supplies and large parties.

The property currently has a full time chef on retainer and supplements the staff with seasonal workers and students.

There is a large inventory of parts and tools to operate the Lodge.
