Quiet Countryside Villa 90 Minutes by Road From Athens

This is a much loved villa built by an English Couple in 1986. It is five minutes drive from two beautiful beaches which are excellent for families and swimming. It is set below the extensive Villia/Porto Germeno Forest in a valley planted with olive trees.

Tavernas and shops are an easy drive away. There are one or two other villas in the valley but not many. It has magnificent views of the Gulf of Corinth. The villa was recently re-roofed and re-decorated. Air-conditioning has been installed in all rooms.

The villa is fully furnished and towels and linen are included. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a large kitchen/diningroom/sittingroom. The great joys of the villa are its quiet location and the large terrace overlooking the sea.

The garden is still virgin olive grove and there is plenty of room for parking. The villa is built on a hillside but the drive is level with the front door so it is suitable for those who have problems with stairs.
