The view, in direct line, from this lot is the town of Polygyros, the Chalkidiki valley, the gulf of Salonica, Mount Olympus -residence of Gods - and the sunset (photos 5, 6: the day these pictures were taken there was a haze which kept Mount Olympus out of view. Normally the atmosphere is very clear, so the lines of the horizon, details of the valley, the marked blue of the sea and Mount Olympus, covered with snow shining under the sun, are clearly seen).

According to the law, the building limit is 200 m² for the upper part and 200 m² for the lower one. If the ecological environment and the spring with its stream are properly adjusted, this lot is ideal for building a luxurious chalet, a traditional villa or a manor house. Price: 510.000 euros.
