Great 2 Bedroom Townhome Just 200 Meters to El Coco Beach

This is a 2 level townhouse located near Coco Beach, It has a living area and 1/2 bath downstairs, 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. There is a/c in both bedrooms and ceiling fans downstairs to keep it comfortable. The balcony overlooks the pool area and has great views of the hills. This condo is only about 200 meters (2 blocks) from the beach, about 2 minutes walk (slowly, no hurries here) and a 10 minute walk into town, along the road or along the beach.

There is a commercial center in the condo complex with a great Italian restaurant, mini mart, internet cafe and other shops. You can rent bikes and kayaks in town. There are several dive shops that offer lessons and dives to some islands and other dive sites. I've been told that the marine life is fascinating on these dives. You can also snorkel from the beach and see a lot. There are also several national parks nearby, great for hiking and day trips.

There are surf trips to places like Ollie's Point and Witch's Rock, and Tamarindo is about an hour's drive. There is no surf at the beach here (and nor rip tides either) so it is safe for swimming and children. Golf, sports fishing, bird watching and canopy tours are all popular and nearby, too. There are howler monkeys that live in the trees close to the condo in the green season and they are fun to watch, too.

El Coco has many restaurants, stores and some nightlife where you can hear and dance to lots of latin sounds. Walking around town, visiting shops and relaxing by the pool or at the beach are great ways to spend the day here.

There is a small park in the center of town where you can get these delicacies called, "granizados". It is a shaved ice cone with both powered milk and concensed milk, very sweet and cold. El Coco still has that small beach town feel, and is not a full-blown "resort" type place.

5/1/07 to 11/15/07 - $500/week or $75/night, 3 night minimum
11/16/07 to 4/30/07 - $600/week or $90/night, 3 night minimum
12/22/07 to 1/6/08 - $900/week or /$130 night, 3 night minimum, Holiday rate

$100 Security Deposit to be paid in advance with reservation. Deposit to be returned upon check-out provided that the property is in the same condition as upon arrival.
