Villa Eleni, the Luxury Dream Vacation Villa, which was part of the Mykonos Luxury Villas (belonging to the nearby – 100m away - 5 Star St. John Hotel), offers services equivalent to a Luxury Hotel, and spectacular views of the sunset and the Island of Delos.
The villa features a unique bedroom with a rock face as one of the walls incorporated into the decoration. The entire villa has an aura of serenity enhanced by the white and natural stone colourings. The terraces equipped with comfortable deck-chairs, overlooking the pool and also next to the pool, promise unforgettable dinners and barbecues. For large parties, private decoration and catering services can be arranged. The 200 sq.m (2,200 sq.ft) villa is set amidst lovely landscaped gardens of 1,500 sq.m (16,000 sq.ft) and is partly surrounded by stone walls for privacy from the neighboring villas. It is ideal for dining outdoors, sunbathing, or just savoring the stunning setting.

Accommodation & facilities
The private Villa in Aghios Ioannis beach consists of 2 floors. In the upper floor you will find the spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a fire place, as well as a shower WC for the guests. It offers satellite TV and the whole place is fully air-conditioned. Complete privacy is created with Mykonian stones and plants in the carefully landscaped area. This villa is a perfect retreat for those who look for luxury and total privacy but do not want to stay at a hotel. The lower floor on the private pool level consists of 4 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and separate WC.

Bedrooms & Configurations
Two master bedrooms with king size beds & en-suite bathrooms; one bedroom with queen beds and en-suite bathroom; one bedroom with two single beds & en-suite bathroom. Four spare single folding beds that can be set up in the living room or in the bedrooms to accommodate children or extra guests. Maid’s quarters with a single bed.
The villa can accommodate 8-12 people.

Outside Facilities

The pool is set in a large and spacious marble and stone terrace with sun loungers and patio furniture for guests. There are spectacular views from the pool and terrace. Beautiful stone walls have been built at the sides of the terraces to protect from the wind and provide more privacy. There is a BBQ area with its own bar. There are decorative urns and plants on the terraces, which all lend charm and character to this wonderful property.

Directions

By air to the new international airport at Athens and then either a domestic flight to Mykonos or taxi from the new airport to Piraeus and then by ferry to the island. There are also ferries from the port at Rafina, and again this would require a taxi from the new airport to the harbour and then ferry to the island.
The flight from Athens to Mykonos takes about 25 minutes, and the ferry takes from 2-6 hours depending where you depart from and with which ship you travel.
There are also direct charter flights into Mykonos and either way, clients will be met at the airport or the harbour and taken to the property. Notes: At the time of departure, all the amenities & furnishings of the villa must be in perfect condition (as it was before your arrival). Otherwise the relevant amount will be kept from your refundable security deposit.

Refund Policies and Trip Cancellation and Interruption
Vacation properties are often booked many months in advance and the property will be held for your use during your trip. When the property is being held for you, it obviously cannot be rented to someone else. Therefore, like cruise, tour packages and some lower cost airline tickets, when booking/reserving a vacation rental home, you will usually need to make a full or partial payment upfront in order to hold the property.
Normally this is not a problem, BUT if you have to cancel your trip (especially at the last minute), you should know that you may forfeit a portion or all of your rental fees. There are ways to protect yourself however - FIRST: Make sure you know what our cancellation policies are for the property you are renting. SECOND: Consider purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance for added protection.
If you have to cancel your vacation rental trip, are you eligible for a refund? It depends on the cancellation/refund policy of the property that you are renting and how much notice you are able to give. Usually the more notice that you are able to give, the better chance that the property can be re-rented and the more likely that you will be able to secure a partial or a complete refund. We recommend that you find out our cancellation/refund policy before you rent and ask for the policy in writing when you reserve the property. For additional protection, we recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance. What are some covered reasons for Trip Cancellation/Interruption?
There are many different types of trip insurance available, but Trip Cancellation and Interruption protection is the most important benefit you should look for. If your trip has to be cancelled for covered reasons such as illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, jury duty, weather conditions which cause delay/ cancellation of travel or fire or flood in your home, this coverage protects your investment and will reimburse the normally non-refundable payments you make for your vacation rental, airline tickets and other covered travel related fees.
If you miss your planned departure for a covered reason, you may also be covered for additional travel expenses to reach your destination. If you have to interrupt a trip due to a covered illness, this insurance will cover your transportation home. Please see for details on this coverage.
Note: Coverage varies with different insurance companies - please review your policy details and know what is and is not covered for your policy. Each vacation rental property owner/manager sets their own cancellation/refund policy - please make sure you understand the policy before you rent.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you would like to cancel your reservation, we will happily cancel it and send you a refund based on the following chart and an administration fee of 100 Euro.

Please do not leave money or valuables outside your safe. Mykonos Luxury Villas cannot be responsible for the loss of personal articles. For your security, please secure your valuables in the safety box in your bedroom.
Instructions for using safety boxes: To set a new code or change the old one, press the red button inside the door having it open. The yellow light will open. Press within 30 seconds the new code (3-8 digits) and press A or B.
Catering services
You may have private catering / dinning service in your villa upon request. Please call 200 to arrange.
Breakfast service
