There are two full bathrooms within the villa, each with its own shower and tub. The villa also includes a CAC, 27 inch flat screen tv, DVD player, VCR, digital cable & hi speed broadband Internet access, washer and dryer, and linen is provided. The villa is located within a 3-5 min walk to the pool, tennis courts and tiki bar and restaurant. Both Palmas Del Mar 18-hole golf courses, the beach and casino are all just 3-5 mins away by car.

Situated on the southeast coast of Puerto Rico, the Palmas Del Mar Resort is only a 45-minute drive from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport. Day trips to Old San Juan, El Yunque Rainforest and Bacardi Distillery are all within an hour's drive. But two par 72 championship 18 hole golf courses, the largest tennis center in the Caribbean, and almost four miles of private beach may keep you from venturing out too far. Many restaurants are also on-site where you can choose from Chinese, Italian, French, Caribbean and International Cuisines.
