I own a private property (land) with building possibility in Croatia, in the county of Istria, I wonder if you will be interested in building holiday houses or luxury villas on it. One owner. Documents is o.k.

TWO TERRAIN GENERAL CARACTERISTICS
I have two terrains where houses can be built in two different positions, both interesting in their own way. The sites are in and near the ancient village of Momjan situated in hilly picturesque surroundings( 5 km from Buje). The border with Slovenia (EU) at 5 km. The nearest Italian city of Trieste at 40 km. The nearest small airport - in Slovenia - Portorož, the bigger one in the city of Pula (Croatia) at 70 km (cheap and frequent connection from the UK). Sea distance 8 km.

TWO TERRAINS DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

THE FIRST ONE
The first one is in the center of the village of Momjan, on the slope of the hill, facing South (1850 m2 -130000 euro), overlooking the picturesque and calm uninhabited valley. On the lower part of the terrain there is the view on the sea and the medieval town of Buje in the distance. Electricity on the site and water at two meters distance.

THE SECCOND ONE
The other one is 3 km from the village of Momjan, on the slope of the hill, near the Buje-Oprtalj road (500 m). The place is surrounded by fields, meadows, near a wood, 500 m distant from the small village of Krug. The place has a lovely view on the opposite hills where the village of Momjan and other small villages are situated. On the horizon, during nice weather, the town of Portorož and the sea can be seen. There are 3000 m2 suitable for building ( 460 m2 ruin included in), surrounded by the 5735 m2 of agricultural terrain around it (all included in price of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND euro).

At the bottom of the hill, next to above mentioned terrain, it is possible to buy 16 000 m2 of agricultural terrain (fields, meadows, wood). Next to all the terrains there is village dirt road which connects it.
