Lovely spacious airconditioned house on three floors with a terrace/balcony on each floor.
Located in a secure gated friendly mixed community (a few English and Irish owners), with caretaker.
Parking is available directly outside the house.
The house is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday, including TV, dishwasher and washing machine, and terrace furniture for "Al Fresco" dining.
There is a built in BBQ on the ground floor terrace.
The ground floor is open plan including kitchen, dining and sitting rooms plus a cloakroom.
The first floor has a large double bedroom and large twin bedroom, and a large bathroom which also houses the washing machine.
There is a large terrace on the first floor.
The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a small bathroom. There is a small terrace on the second floor.
Both bathrooms have showers only.
The private Communal pool is some 100M down the lane. There is a small minimarket and cafe adjacent to the complex.
Within a few minutes walk is a lovely sandy blue flag beach, with clear Aegean waters lapping the sand. The Greek island of Samos lies on the far side of the bay.
There are beach bars, sunbeds etc and a choice of restaurants. Water sports are also available.
The beach is several kilometers long with the mountains of the national nature reserve in the distance.
The Dolmus (mini bus) route to Kusadasi passes the complex providing a frequent and inexpensive service into town. In the other direction these buses will take you to a wide choice of beautiful sandy beaches or as far as the national park (Millipark).
Kusadasi is a busy harbour town with many shops, bazaars, and restaurants and a buzzing night life.
A short drive away are the stunning 2000+ year old ruins of Ephesus. This is an enormous site with two amphitheatres, many mosaics, shops, and the world famous ancient library. Visitors are still able to wander these ruins almost freely and to explore and touch at will. Trips to Ephesus and other historic sites are readily available by coach or taxi. A ferry service to Samos from Kusadasi harbour allows day trips to Europe to be made!
Turkey is a western looking secular society of relaxed, helpful and friendly people, retaining enough Eastern influence to set it apart from the average Mediterranean holiday destination.
The nearest airport is Izmir, Bodrum is a little further. We can arrange for reliable return transportation from the airport to the house if required.
This is a holiday destination for which car hire is not necessary.
