The flats are on a small 28 unit complex with swimming pool for children and residence complex has its own security, caretaker and there is a secured private parking space with remote control entry. The condominium offers a large laundry area with large washing machine area at no charge.

Please Note: The apartment with 2 suites is strictly rented to no more then 4 persons + 1 baby up to 3 years old and the apartment with 1 suite is strictly rented to no more then 2 persons. The residence is structured for a family environment hence the property is suitable for couples or families. Visitors are only allowed inside the property at a certain time with the authorizations of the administrator and security.
