Villa L'Orange Bali, is located in a tiny, quiet and picturesque fishing village of "Cucukan" Bali. It is easily reached by car just 40 minutes from the Kuta international airport, 20 minutes south of the artistic and touristic city of Ubud and just 5 minutes from the new Bali Safari and Sea World Park (the largest safari park in Indonesia).
We will welcome you at the airport and will take care for the transportations to and from the airport.
Three stand alone villas (2 two bed room villas and 1 one bed room villa) are available for rent on a spacious 4000 m2 beach front property with complete facilities including a large central swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, central kitchen, parking garage, a bar-restaurant and a stand alone spa-massage villa. All villas have a great sea-view, mountain view of Gunung Agung and view of the river estuary bordering the property. Surfing, due to the excellent waves from the southeast direction, is very popular in the sea of Cucukan.
The villas (approximately 200 - 300 m2 per villa) are luxuriously furnished and air conditioned. The two bed room villas have a living room with toilet, two separate bed rooms, two (one open air) bath rooms, its own kitchen and terrace. The one bed room villa has a spacious living room with sea aquarium and toilet, one bed room with en suite bath room, kitchen, and two terraces. All living rooms and bed rooms are provided with flat screen TV's (about 50 national and international channels), DVD's and stereo audio system. WiFi high speed internet and hand phone during your stay will be freely available and there is a 24 hour room service and security guard.
The property is also ideal for a honeymoon, (balinese) wedding (will be organized by a special experienced team) and long stay in utmost privacy due to its high quality service and facilities (rates upon request).

All villa rates (including discount rates) are subject to an additional 10% VAT and 5% service charge
Cancellation policy:
If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in full minus 30% of the deposit.
Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate The Managementfor the t ime and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.
