Breathtaking View Chalet with Direct Access on Ski Tracks

Chalet is located in La Plagne,one of French Alps biggest and highest ski resort with over 300kms of ski tracks. Garanteed snow with altitude of chalet location 2000m or little over 6000 feet and Snow resort (up to 3.500 m for highest ski slope). Glacier in summer equipped with 4 skiing tracks (excellent snow between 9am and 1pm)

From the front balcony the view encompasses ski tracks, Tarentaise Valley and yes, Monte Bianco (italian side of Mont Blanc, highest mountain in Europe).
I insist :the view is really wide open and in no way and at no time hindered by a building or anything with similar potential of hinderance, nore will it be in the future.

Chalet has been built in an attractive larch forest which give a feeling of space and isolation from the crowd, even though, you may leave chalet with your skis on and be back to it the same way.

Chalet has 2 stories :lower level: 3 bedrooms with large closets, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry room /store area, ski and shoe racks at entrance.

:upper level: 1 large bedroom with 2 large closets, 1 bathroom with separated WC, entrance door for back of chalet (summer time only), living room with fire place, dining room,all equipped american kitchen with wooden bar & stools, large closet, 2 bay windows facing resort & valley, 2 large windows on eastern part of chalet, 1 for dining,1 for kitchen.
1 balcony (length of chalet)facing same as bay windows, 1 wooden terrace on eastern part to bask in sun or eat at summer time.

Note : roof has been entirely redone 5 years ago, bathrooms retiled last year, a costly outside staircase with metal steps and anti slipping device has been added 2 years ago to facilitate access to chalet.

Heating : electricity.

If this particular name was'nt associated with evil, "Berchtesgaden" would have been a logic one to get a sense of what my chalet calls to mind.

Total cost of local taxes per annum : < 2000 euros.

No apparent electrical or phone wiring (in ground)

Maintenance of chalet : minimal.

Chalet location & access : it takes 1 or 2 minutes to make it to the chalet from the dead end road with a steep path...but these 2 minutes are worth every seconds of them once you get there ! FYI, shopping can be ordered and delivered to your door at no cost.
